I ordered double meat for my chili. 3 different occasions I received chili that's like soup. I even double checked with them to make sure and they said yes! Fries are always cold. Very disappointing when you spend $75 and up each time for your family of 6 and get food that is cold and tastes old.

I went thru the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food. Then as I was checking the bag to make sure and realized it was the wrong order, the lady screamed at me to give it back. She was horrified that I was eating a fry. Then ordered me to pull aside and didn't even give me a straw for my drink while I waited. 10 minutes later a different girl brought out my food, she was very nice and apologized. Crazy!!

Window person gave me attitude when I questioned an order then lied to me saying they hadn't charged me for a meal I hadn't ordered. We got all the food but it was a full meal more than i had ordered. I didn't need 4 meals for 3 people.
