- TPTina Parton6 days ago3.0I have no idea what is going on down there. I have literally been getting coffee here everyday for 6 months.The last week has been super hectic. They are running out of stuff and some new girl put her un gloved hand in my coffee (they are coming from another store so watch that). Luckily the girls that have been there forever fixed the problem. I was also able to come back when they got their supplies in for a remake. Thanks to Devon for saving the day. He’s one of the best there (since Chloe is gone). Every night like clockwork best coffee ever. I hope it doesn’t keep going downhill. It used to be fun going in there. We shall see.

The atmosphere here used to be so welcoming and seemed like family in there. I went Wednesday 12-31 in the morning around 9 and it was like someone sucked the life out of the place everyone seemed sad. The girls taking my order couldn't comprehend what I was asking for and I couldn't understand them at all. Coffee was bad, food was subpar, and I waited too long. Also I haven't seen that Ryan guy in days and he was always the one to make it right and always seemed happy to be there hope we see him back soon....... maybe he'll bring the life force back to the establishment. Update..... I went in this evening 1-1 and they were closed!! What is this crap?? I just wanted a refresher!

It took them like 30 min to get my order and half of the workers just stood around not doing anything. However, one worker with glasses named Lily was really helpful and nice. The others were so rude and need to do better.

Then when you get to the window to accept your order, it’s never ready so be prepared to sit for another 5 mins or so. Doesn’t make sense when you see 5 workers working. If your going, drive the other 2 mins down to Rootstown’s!
