I get charged for medium biggie bag meals which is not what I ordered but of course no receipt given, like always. I wont be wasting my money on Wendy’s anymore.

- BBBobNov 6, 20251.0To preface; This location has given me consistently half cooked bacon in the past, and has never added the extra cheese as I pay extra for in the app. This location normally atleast gets the food correct, other than skipping the extras. But this location is right off of route 7, so quick to get to for me. On today’s visit, I received my food after ordering on the app 45 minutes in advance. When I got home, I noted they had forgotten my 10pc chicken nuggets. Fine, I submit a request with Wendy’s support for my money back for the missing item. I then eat my fries, and when I unwrap the hamburger, lettuce falls out. I ordered a Baconator, not a Dave’s double. This meal was completely ruined for the money I paid, and I have now submitted a refund request for the entire order.
