- BBBobNov 6, 20251.0To preface; This location has given me consistently half cooked bacon in the past, and has never added the extra cheese as I pay extra for in the app. This location normally atleast gets the food correct, other than skipping the extras. But this location is right off of route 7, so quick to get to for me. On today’s visit, I received my food after ordering on the app 45 minutes in advance. When I got home, I noted they had forgotten my 10pc chicken nuggets. Fine, I submit a request with Wendy’s support for my money back for the missing item. I then eat my fries, and when I unwrap the hamburger, lettuce falls out. I ordered a Baconator, not a Dave’s double. This meal was completely ruined for the money I paid, and I have now submitted a refund request for the entire order.

I asked for the manager and the young trainee standing by quickly piped up the she was the manager. I cut my losses and just left. Don't know if any of that carries over to prep, but I will never go there again.
