  Came through with my family, and we were off to a bad start right away. We pulled up to the speaker and waited an uncomfortably long time before anyone even greeted us or acknowledged that we were there. We had two separate orders to place. After the first order was taken, complete silence, no indication that he was ready for the next one. I had to ask if he was still there just to continue. Then, when we had a simple question about whether a sandwich was served warm or cold, the employee (Noah) yelled at us for not understanding his response. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers that way, especially trying to place a straightforward order. After finally making it to the window, we paid and waited over 5 minutes to receive our food, with no communication or acknowledgment from the staff. The 2.9-star rating on Google is well-earned. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and the lack of basic customer service was genuinely disappointing. I hope management addresses the drive-through experience and has a conversation with staff about how customers should be treated.

  Every time I come here there’s always a problem. The food is either really gross and seems old or they get the order wrong. I never go inside the dining area, but I decided to today because I need to get some work done and I stood there for 8 to 10 minutes while I watched two employees play on their phone and eat lunch on the preparation counter, I was literally less than 10 feet away and they could not see that I was standing there waiting to be addressed. I walked out and went someplace else

  Panera jumped the shark years ago. This company always gets stuff wrong. Went this morning to order a meal and they tell me they don’t have the ingredients after i place my order and pay. It is EASY to communicate. Use signs. Use an electronic menu that updates. Ugh. I think i’m about done with this pathetic chain which has been on the decline for a decade.
