- MMMarkNov 17, 20252.0Wife ordered us two smoothies today via their mobile app. Arrive 10 mins after that and wait in-store another 15 mins. The total time isn’t even the issue, it’s that people arrived to place an in-store order for smoothie + made-to-order food and got theirs before me and a few other mobile orders. Just ridiculous. Turn off mobile order-ahead in your app if that’s how things operate at this location.

Another guest told me she had been waiting an hour. I waited another 15 minutes and then asked where my order was in the queue. They retrieved my order from a back kitchen counter along with other smoothies that should’ve been in the pickup area. Needless to say the smoothies were very runny and melting. The person next to me asked for a refund because she couldn’t wait any longer, and the worker said no one there was able to do that. I also heard rumblings that the manager up and left teenagers running the store on their own. I don’t know if that was accurate, but regardless, I would not go back to this location. It was a disaster.
