  I have had multiple orders in the last 2 months where there were issues with my orders from the Powell McDonald's! I ordered thru a delivery app as it is difficult to get McDonald's in person. These are just some of the mess ups recently. I cannot just drop everything and drive to McDonald's to have them fix my order when they mess up! That's why I had my orders delivered! I've talked to 3 different managers to let them know of the issues and the issues keep happening!! They told me they would fix my order each time if I drove to the store. I'm so done ordering from this Powell McDonald's store! At least when I am in that store, I can just walk up to the counter to have my order fixed. Buyer beware you may not get what you ordered and paid for from McDonald's in Powell!! Argh!! Egg & Cheese McMuffin, hold the meat. They leave out the egg but give me the meat! Double quarter cheese meal, bit into a 5" black course hair I had to scrape it off my tongue! Couldn't eat for hours afterwards!! Double quarter cheese meal and got a triple quarter cheese sandwich in my meal! Double quarter Fillet meal 3 different times and got a single fillet meal each time! I paid for a double filet meal. Ordered a Coke with one of my meals and got a Coke Zero. Ordered a Coke with one of my meals and got a Diet Coke! No straws in the bag multiple times! Two different times I was parked at drive thru and received someone elses order both time! One of those times they messed up on my order 3 times and just told me to keep the extra food in the bag. I so do not recommend McDonald's in Powell unless you like dealing with messed up orders you paid for!

  Food is decent. Fairly quick. Employees/mgmt can be quite rude sometimes. Went through for a coffee with cream this AM. Lady at window was kind but walked away after giving coffee/no cream. Mgr comes to window with attitude…”did you ask for cream when you ordered!?!” Which I had. Then rudely proceeds to tell me she’ll be back. As I check my bag. I receive one cream. For my medium coffee. lol Actual employees were kind. Mgmt seemed unnecessarily grumpy.

  This McDonald’s is better than most locations and generally faster, which helps. That said, order accuracy still isn’t perfect every visit. When they get it right, it’s exactly what you expect and hits the spot. Just wish consistency matched the improved service.

  Ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun no nothing just meat and cheese. Checked the bag before we drove away and got a bun with just cheese on it no meat or anything else went back to the drive-through management and personal hanging out. Food were rude. Acting like it was our fault. This is the people wanting extra money. What a joke.
