  Great and big store. Always find everything I need there. Great customer service and care. Such a clean and up kept store. Also has a good and friendly atmosphere. And such a nice idea to have it so close to where I live.

  I've been here multiple times and have had the same problem... the person running self checkout is rude. I've dealt with 2 different people there. Today was the last time I'll be at this location. First she stood in front of the open register to chat to the person at the next one and we had to ask her to move. Then she told another person to use the one we were still using. Literally brought them over and tried to check them out while we were paying.

  This Kroger is large and has everything you need. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that they are understaffed in checkout and they have half the self checkout lines always closed? If you have to wait more than 10 minutes to checkout, it’s to long, especially when you have the self checkouts closed. Otherwise the store is nice, clean, and well stocked.

  Don't get me wrong it's a great store but for a brand new location they are severely understaffed.. what's the point of having two rows of self checkout and keeping one always closed

  Not to sure what to say about this place. A large marketplace in a rich area, it should be good but it is NOT. The shopping card has no drink cup holder while they have Starbucks store inside. Distilled water should be basic items but it’s totally out of stock. Then I told them I need a horizontal cut for a back ribs. They took it in and came back with a repacked ribs. While I questioned the way their cut is not the way I wanted, they denied at first saying it was the way I told them. Then after I insisted that is the wrong way, another guy came over saying they would never cut it the way I want. Really?! First, that cut is still basic cut, not high-risk they claimed because other grocery stores cut it that way. Second, if they really don’t do that, please let me know at front, not lied saying it was cut like I wanted.
