    Not as smooth as it should be. Food is fine, but they consistently get my order wrong, whether it’s a website issue or lack of attention to detail I'm not quite sure. At the prices a simple sandwich has gotten to here, the accuracy matters. Hard to justify paying "premium" money for the wrong sandwich

    I will be contacting the corporate offices now, as i believe i was either given the wrong email address or the DM just does not care. Either way, this is completely unacceptable to treat a customer the way this location does. It is obvious this location does not care about the service it gives or how they treat customers, and it starts with the leadership at the very top of this location. I've been in the hospitality industry for many years, and word of mouth is everything if the DM and other leadership does not care to discuss this situation, then they will find out how important word of mouth really is. --Original Review-- I would give this location more stars if it weren't for the customer service. I order from here often and the last few times i have ordered a giant tuna sandwich, which gets delivered to my house. Upon opening my sandwich, I find that there is no tuna, two small tomato slices, very little lettuce, and a block of cheese. Each time I just figured they were busy and or they ran out of tuna so I would just make my own tuna, take off the block of cheese and add my own tuna to the sandwich. I like to believe the best in people and give them another chance. This last time my order was delivered like this I decided to call and discuss the situation. My calls went unanswered, not once or twice but three times. When the call was finally picked up by Pria she answered the call by saying "yes rex" so she very well understood I was calling and why I was calling... Her attitude on the call only infuriated me more. I asked for her name, her manager's name and my money back as I was done being disrespected by this girl who called herself a manager. She has no understanding what customer service means. She responded to my request with "you can get your money back when you bring the food back" and then proceeded to tell me that i can speak to her manager when I come in. How dare her she needs to learn manners and respect for the customer. So I did just that. I took a photo of my sandwich and made my way to JJ. When I walked in Pria and her GM Jacob were having a conversation about me and my order in the front at the counter. I would also like to point out that the location was empty and not busy so no reason for her actions towards me. I was furious with the way she was acting as if I was the problem. Pria is a manger with no de-escalation skills whatsoever on top of her lack of customer service skills. I opened the open sandwich on the counter, showed the GM and explained I don't like being made out to be a liar. I own a restaurant in Powell and have lived here since 1997. I worked for Hilton, doing everything from bussing tables in the restaurant at 15 to running hotels as a GM and later remodeling them across the country. I left Hilton to come back to Ohio to Open Potbelly's across the whole state, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati and then to later open my own restaurant in Powell... My point of all this is that I know customer service and she lacks everything when it comes to customer service and dealing with customers... I told Jacob if she worked for me and had that attitude towards customer, she would have been gone in the most public way. I will not eat/order from JJ in Powell or at all for that matter as long as Pria is working for JJs. Someone needs to take accountability for her and her behavior. Im a loyal customer and ive given more than enough chances to Pria and this location to get it right now, im done. I'll be calling the corporate office and emailing the Regional manager about her and her actions. I explained to Jacob I know good people with management backgrounds who struggle to find jobs and would love the opportunity she has currently with JJs. She is replaceable, there is nothing special about her and she should be replaced and let go from JJs Powell. I also viewed the reviews before posting this and I believe all the 1-star reviews prove I'm right. I believe Pria is the very reason for those 1-star reviews.
