John and his team at our local Dairy Queen were outstanding! When I drove thru with my hands full and juggling way too many desserts, John immediately noticed and went out of his way to help me out. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind, even though we arrived a bit early. It’s rare to see that level of service and care these days. Huge thanks to John and the whole crew for making a simple ice cream stop such a great experience! I tried scanning the code on my receipt to submit the feedback, but it kept giving me an error, FYI!
