  This location is abysmal. They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions. I understand people make mistakes, but I mean significantly wrong to the point that nothing I ordered is in the bowl and I had to make sure I didn’t pick up the wrong order. I spent $16 on a bowl with all the extras and when I picked up my order I opened a bowl with rice, lettuce, and cheese. I didn’t order lettuce and I ordered way more than rice and cheese. They are rude every time and I am never ordering from this location again.

  It is absolutely MIND-BOGGLING how this location remains open. I don’t know if it’s just completely incompetent management or all high school flunky employees, but this place NEVER gets it right. Aside from biting into a giant LEAF in my bowl (pictured), the rice—which was supposed to be brown—was literally uncooked, and the food overall had zero flavor whatsoever. If you value your sanity and absolutely must have Chipotle, I would recommend going out of your way to a different location.

  They're pretty bad at making the bowls, been coming here for a while now to make sure it's not a fluke. I understand skimping on the meat, why am I getting my bowl drenched in salsa? Basically, just go to any other Chipotle location.

  I do not normally write reviews but I could not stop thinking about this experience. We went to this location on 1/20 around 6-7 pm. There were about 3 other customers in the store, I recognize this may have been after the dinner rush so I am trying to give grace here. The service was horrible, the staff was rude and acted like they would rather be just about anywhere else than at work. The food on the line looked like it had been there for days. My girlfriend asked for black beans on her order and was give maybe a tablespoon of beans that were scraped from the bottom of the pan. Protein options were dry and flavorless. They were out of vinaigrette for my salad. Overall, the meal was flavorless, stale and was a poor experience from start to finish. Chipotle has gone considerably downhill in the last few years. We are disappointed to say the least.

  Usually not one to complain however I’ve had an extremely depressing day and all I wanted was chipotle. Now, I’m not pretending to pack my bowl full of all sorts of toppings (I’m just a white girl after all) BUT!!! This was the saddest bowl I’ve ever received in my life. 5 pieces of chicken. A light dusting of lettuce and cheese. And probably half a scoop of rice. Man I paid like 14 bucks for this 😭. This is criminal. I’d get more food in a kids meal. Extremely disappointed and implore the employees to just do their jobs and give a girl some full scoops PLEASE. My dad’s burrito was also comically small and had a crap load of stems and straight up pieces of fat no steak. You could even just fill it up with rice!! Anything of substance! I’m left starving and sad. Good night everyone.
