  I will start by saying that I typically enjoy this location and have been a very loyal customer, BUT I placed an order on 9/15 and my order was canceled for some unknown reason. I STILL haven't been refunded. The store blamed doordash... doordash finally did their part... store still has not refunded me. The store does NOT answer the phone and voicemail has been full for 3 months. I spent 2 hours in there, over a month ago, speaking to the manager and general manager. I had doordash on MY phone so they could talk to each other and iron this thing out. Everyone agreed that I would be refunded... and still no refund (again, doordash FINALLY did their part). This is absolutely completely RIDICULOUS. I have never in my life seen such poor service. The store should've refunded me immediately and dealt with doordash themselves... the customer should never have to play the middle man or be caught in the middle like this. Oh! And did I mention they said when I'm refunded, they would not refund the delivery fee or tip! This situation is actually laughable. Hopefully this will catch someone's attention because I don't have the time to go back in there and beg for my money back, nor should I have to.

  Ordered a bowl for pickup 12/05/25, Korean crispy chicken with rice, potato’s, black beans, broccoli, egg and cheese. Get home, 3 tiny pieces of chicken, 2 tiny florets of broccoli, no egg, potato or cheese but a mountain of rice and black beans. The portions are very proportional. Not worth driving 30 minute round trip too have it fixed. Very disappointingz

  Just had the worst food poisoning of my life after eating here, only thing I ate was BibiBop november 8th, and was sick all of the next day. Don’t get me wrong I used to love Bibibop and would get it frequently, but i don’t think i can come back after the experience i just had…

  When this first opened, we loved it--in fact we became regular weekly customers. Lately, the food quality has not been consistent, items have been forgotten (for app purchases), and the menu has changed multiple times with the bowl size options. Today, the Korean beef was not chopped at all-just two chunks that I had to use a knife to cut. What's the point of a bowl if the pieces are not bite-sized? There were two big chunks that looked like someone just didn't feel like chopping it up. The girl serving didn't even try measuring it in the provided measuring cup. Please go back to your wonderful food quality and try to get some consistency going with your food portions. To address the loudness of the restaurant--there was a large group of men talking loudly which made it hard to hear and understsnd the soft spoken server.
