  This location makes every car pull to the side to make it look like they have timely service on getting your order to you. From being told to pull forward to getting 1/2 my order was 18 minutes, they took the order back in to correct it, came out and still didn’t have it correct. Finally 3rd time I got it all & only 22 minutes. I didn’t get a receipt from the lady at the window. This is a reminder why I dislike this location.

  Criminally slow. Just waited 35 minutes for food after being told to pull over and wait. This is a constant problem here. Employees just goof off inside instead of doing their jobs.

  I was just robbed iat my Taco Bell and KFC combine Rosemount Ohio store. They wouldn't give me my change. At first they wanted me to round up and I said no. So when I got to the window I said I wanted my change when she didn't give me my change. She said we're out of pennies and you just gave me $4 and it was $3.98. I said I still wanted my change and she said sorry we're out. False advertisement on their prices if they keep your change. I know I'm being petty but what's mine is mine.
