So when I got to the window I said I wanted my change when she didn't give me my change. She said we're out of pennies and you just gave me $4 and it was $3.98. I said I still wanted my change and she said sorry we're out. False advertisement on their prices if they keep your change. I know I'm being petty but what's mine is mine.
