- RRrekabb13 days ago1.0I was just robbed iat my Taco Bell and KFC combine Rosemount Ohio store. They wouldn't give me my change. At first they wanted me to round up and I said no. So when I got to the window I said I wanted my change when she didn't give me my change. She said we're out of pennies and you just gave me $4 and it was $3.98. I said I still wanted my change and she said sorry we're out. False advertisement on their prices if they keep your change. I know I'm being petty but what's mine is mine.

I was told by 2 different managers from 3 different locations that they order both but are never sent them so they removed them from the menu.
