As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Went thru the drive-thru and repeated my sandwich order twice, and it still was made wrong (I asked for a rally burger with cheese, with everything on it, nothing hard). Received a sandwich with pickles and cheese sauce. Asked for honey mustard cups that I paid for, and asked at window when handed my food if they were in the bag, and the person at the window said she put them in the bag already. There weren't any. While I love the food, I'm leaning towards not returning anymore if I have to hold up the line by digging thru the bags and checking sandwiches since this has happened multiple times now and clearly asking them at the window when being handed food doesn't make a difference either and I'm being charged for things I don't receive.
