Never got asked to refill drinks. Wasn’t even super busy. Got told it wasn’t the severs fault where it was New Year’s Eve… didn’t comp our meal. Didn’t see but 2 things leave the kitchen during the time. Noticed after the Ohio st. game went off food finally started coming out quicker. Will never eat here again

After an HOUR I found her, asked. (230!!!)Here she came with our cold food and not a complete sampler platter! She said they could adjust the cold fries! We walked out! Really????!!!!!

The food is always cold, mediocre, and takes forever to be served anyways, so I do not feel like we honestly missed out. This location in particular is notorious for being absolute garbage. Do better.
- THTyarria HowardOct 16, 20251.0If you want to go to eat and leave hungry go to BW3 in Portsmouth. Walked in said it was going to be 10 min wait and it took less than a minute. I thought this was going to be a great dining experience well the food was barely edible ordered mushroom and Swiss and the Swiss was melted my burger was cold and the salad was hot. It took forever to come out the server said the kitchen is backed up but it’s always backed up On top of that had to request salt and pepper because the can’t leave it on the table due to theft. It was busy because the game was a great game but they weren’t packed. If this restaurant survives it is because there are limited options. We still a very nice tip.
