  I placed a pickup order to be picked up asap, drove thirty minutes to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. I told the employee it had been thirty minutes and asked why it wasn’t ready and she just said “I don’t know what to tell you.” Be better!

  Genuinely , the worst buffalo wild wings i've ever been to. The last 5 times we have placed in order here.There has been food missing call food majority of the time.It's not made right. They do not divide up your wing flavors anymore.So if you have spicy and not spicy order them separately. And they randomly slapped guacamole on my all american cheeseburger. Refuse to go back here GO TO OLLIE'S!

  Food was horrible and our waitress was more worried about flirting with the boys seated next to us than doing her job properly and when taking our order she messed up the sauces and my fiancés drink order. If you do go here never have Ayla be your server

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a frustrating experience from start to finish. When we were first seated, our server seemed very rushed. He immediately tried to take our order before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We had to ask him multiple times to give us a few minutes. The whole interaction felt pressured and uncomfortable, like we were being hurried through our meal. To make matters worse, we were charged for cheesy bacon tots that we did not order. While they did eventually remove the charge, it took an unusually long time for someone to come back to the table to correct it. It was frustrating that we were rushed to order, but when it came time to fix a billing mistake, we were left waiting. We were also given very small to-go boxes, which made packing our leftovers inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inattentive. I expect better service and accuracy when dining out, especially when prices aren’t cheap. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.
