  Dear Management; I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent order. While the onion rings and the Brick House "Bricks" were excellent and highly recommended, the rest of the meal did not meet expectations. Specifically, the Big Bro Pizza was disappointing in quality, and the wings were served cold. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future service. Best regards, Cierra

  Hostess doesn’t care about celiac and basically doesn’t understand or is not educated on such. It’s not fair to people who have allergies that staff isn’t trained to care about these things. She literally said she didn’t know much about it and to look at the menu and wouldn’t go any further to try to help. Had an attitude the whole time and was really off putting. I called on Friday April 24th at 4:40pm for manager who will likely be reading this.

  I've been to the Brick House a few times for some pretty good food. However, the service was poor to the point it prevented another return trip. I attempted to call to get an idea if staff could accommodate a group with me. The staff member on the other end of the phone line told me they didn't do reservations, which I understood beforehand. However, they could not share any estimated wait time. When I asked for a ballpark figure, she hung up. I then shared the experience with the group of 12 with me and we made plans elsewhere. I understand you may be busy. However, that does not excuse a hang-up for asking a follow-up question. Such a frustrating experience that it prompted me to write my first ever Google review. It was that annoying.

  We came here after a recommendation from a woman at Ferguson's Gallery. We absolutely love it here! Our bartender/server was the best. She was on top of everything and so attentive. Her cocktails were great. I wish I could remember her name. The perch platter was amazing. It was so fresh and had the perfect amount of breading. Too many places over bread and fry their fish. I really enjoyed the seasoning on the fries as well. I kept watching the pretzel go by, but couldn't eat another bite. (it looked delicious) The place was cute, fresh, and clean. The music they were playing that day totally made the vibe in that place. I will definitely be back next time I'm out that way.
