The employees seem to hate working there and treat the customers the same way. I used to love subway but they lost me as a customer. Sad .

The staff didn’t even acknowledge the situation or attempt to get the order ready in a timely manner. I don’t know if this is an app issue (it gave 15 min from order time till ready), but it felt like poor organization and management. This is especially problematic when you have a car full of tired and fussy kiddos, which is a main value of ordering online. If businesses do not want to take these services seriously do not offer them so we can make a dinner decision that better fits our needs for our family.
