You can wait for someone to acknowledge you, for longer than it takes to actually order and receive your food, from other fast food companies. Such a terrible design. This time I said hello and the guy just ignored me and kept wiping a stack of trays. I’m now at a cool mom and pop coffee shop, eating better food for about the same price. Thanks for that! :)
