I then asked why he took my info if they weren’t going to fulfill the order, but he didn’t have an answer—just ‘sorry.’ If they had said upfront that the kitchen was closed early, I would’ve understood. Instead, it came across as stopping work when they feel like it, not when the posted hours say. Disappointing experience
