No sugar is EVER added every time. I'm not kidding I refuse to use this location ever again. I have to drive completely out of my way to get a cup of coffee made right. I thought maybe they just don't stir it... Nope there is no sugar. Same with the hot chocolate no peppermint added...... Sorry to complain but I waste my money here not once not twice but probably about 15 times so I'm done

Why is a matcha almost white when it’s supposed to be green? The cups are also never filled up I’m missing a third of my drink?
