  Way to busy for my liking. I turned out of line and passed this time. I will update when I do get to eat there.

  This was the most uplifting fast food experience I've ever had. Craig the manager was very friendly and same w/ Karen the drive thru lady!

  Grilled chicken patty was considerably smaller to the oversized bun along with a texture and seasoning change. I asked if they could sell me another patty the second time and was told that it wasn't an option. I then, let it go again but after third time I asked for a manager and was told that if I wanted I could buy a small grilled nugget pack or a chicken bowl to add to my chicken sandwich to make it better. Great customer resolution, Boardman - Poland Chick-fil-A!! (NOT)

  My family and I eat here at least 4 x weekly. Last couple of few times the grilled chicken tasted bland and was considerably smaller than the bun to the point that we have had to order 5 count grilled nuggets to compensate our buns. However, we still never complained, just figured it was how the batch of patties came in. But on Wednesday evening we ordered a gallon of diet lemonade and upon opening, it was cloudy and the smell/taste was off. We called the store to explain and it rang us through customer service, after pushing #3 to speak to a manager. We explained the issue and the gentlemen verified our receipt and took our info and said that the store would email or call us within 24 hours to exchange or make right, along with compensation of our meal that was purchased with the gallon of lemonade. On Saturday, I called the actual store and spoke with Gabby, gave her the information and she said I'd have 30 days to pick up the replacement. But when I got there to do so, it was like jumping through hoops. Upon arrival, I explained to the lady taking the order, my issue and expressed that I had a compensation. Because my foot was broken, I was unable to go inside. So after explaining the situation and she calling up front, (whoever approved) said I was all set and for me to pull around and to proceed. By the time I got up front closer to the line, another person asked for a payment and I had to explain again, and then was told again to pull up, so by the time I got to the window, again, another person asked for a payment and I had to explain the situation over. So frustrating and time consuming. The window girl was told by her manager, Jess, that I still had to pay....After I left and got home, I called the store to speak to Jess, or another manager to explain my situation AGAIN for clarification because at this point, I wasn't trying to keep holding up the line!! And this time I spoke to a said manager (Mary Elizabeth, I believe.) After expressing my situation again and trying to clarify, I was quickly shut down and told that corporate doesn't have the authority to grant compensations or replacements and that whoever made the ticket or complaint did not know any better, even after I told them it was approved by their employee afterwards!! These people were more worried about being right, than any leeway of customer satisfaction or kindness. C'mon Boardman Poland Chick-fil-A, do better!! The way this was handled was RIDICULOUS!! Make right of a situation - better customer resolutions!! Especially for a repeat customer!! This was handled very unprofessionally, especially after the fact I expressed that I would make a review to get a chance to speak to someone because my request for an upper manager or fresh set of ears and eyes was not being considered. I'd like for the owner, a general manager or upper division to at least make right of this situation!! My apologies to all in line behind me affected or held up in line an extra few moments due to my situation and sincere appreciation to all the diligent, efficient and kind employees.
