  Sat in the drive with no response from anyone after they were supposed to be open. If you are saying you open at 5am then take orders. Will not be coming here for breakfast again. Other peoples time shouldn’t be wasted by those who can perform simple service

  Ai is the root of evil. I hate talking to a machine rather then a person. Please remove it Wendy's I actively avoid Wendy's now because of the AI

  I had a really unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s today. An employee had just mopped the floor and instead of politely asking customers to wait or guiding people safely, he loudly yelled at me for walking where I was supposed to go. There was no clear signage or cones, and I wasn’t being reckless—I was just trying to get to the counter. The tone was aggressive, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary, especially in front of other customers. I understand wanting to keep the floor clean, but there’s a professional and respectful way to handle that. Yelling at customers is not it. This made the whole visit uncomfortable and made me not want to come back. Customer service should be about helping people, not snapping at them.

  This store is the modern contemporary dining room. While clean, Roomy and inviting...the staff acted as if we were a burden and treated us quite coldly. We had a large group and did Cary in food from a neighboring restaraunt but each of us also order food and vecerages there. There were no other guests in the room. I even tried to have a conversation with the manager reasuring him we would clean up after ourselves etc. Still very cold to tge point of being rude.
