As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- CCChadApr 16, 20263.0Burgers were ridiculously small, the double chicken sandwich had cheese on it, a large milkshake was very small and it all was very expensive. When ordering it the drive-thru you have to talk to us silly computer lady that obviously don't understand the menu or how to communicate effectively it's quite the disaster, and after a few choice words with said computer lady when I pulled to the window the employees were getting quite the laugh which I can't say that I blame them for that one, when I did actually get to deal with the human employees they were upbeat and helpful

Arrived and waited at the pick up window for 10 minutes before someone even asked if I was helped, as they took 4 people the other line. In that time I had received a text that based on my order time my food should have been done 10 minutes prior. After they asked me if I had been helped.. thats when they STARTED my order. When I asked if I could get a ranch she proceeded to try charging me extra. After waiting over 25 minutes from the time I ordered to getting my food. She also bold face lied to me and said they "make the orders in the order they are received" when I saw 2 cars place their order in the other drive thru line, pay, and leave. When I had placed mine prior to even arriving. Will contact corporate.

- TRTina RisnerApr 15, 20261.0I ordered a grilled chicken that was so salty I couldn't eat but half of it. Then for last 3 days I've had stomach cramps and gas. I'm sure it's from that because it started a few hours afterwards and 8 haven't had anything else to eat. I'll never eat there again.

She then patronized me by calling me Baby repeatedly which does not cover or excuse the rudeness
