  Freezing cold, nobody at the service desk, took 20 minutes plus just to get food, the food I did get was completely wrong, Tea tin was completely empty, employees were dismissive and said not a single word to any of the customers the entire time we were there.

  It's McDonald's you get what you pay for . It's gotten pricey but with the app for rewards and discounts it helps.

  We we're asked to leave after finishing our food for supposed cursing. Because it's a family restaurant. We hadn't been cussing much if at all. My friend has a disability that they can not control and was cussing a bit. As we were walking out after leaving one of the managers there said "what is wrong with them" as my friend is having a moment. That comment was uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend if you or a family member have a disability because all they will do is stare and comment on you.

  I bought three ice cream cone and it took more than 20 minutes of time we asked the worker if our ice cream was ready and said yes but never said our order for at least another 10 minutes I am very disappointed of this customer service

  Have ordered from this location every single way possible be it doordash, mcdonalds app, going through the drive through or ordering inside and yet still this location will mess up a simple food order! Its pretty sad that especially since everything is so simplified by a order ticket and on screens for them! My problem is literally as simply as missing whole items and they continuously mess it up! Raising minimum wage for this is absurd when i see mistakes like this are repetitive!
