Was told they were short staffed by a snarky female when I asked " can I ask what happened" with 7 of them in there. Overall, poor service and no one cared about the screw up.

When I called to let them know BOTH my pizzas were wrong, the person condescending answered "you ordered online" and then read me what I ordered. I'm fully aware of what was supposed to be on my pizza, not only did I order it, but I had the receipt with the toppings listed in front of me. I was then rudely given the option of a refund or a credit. No apology, no offer to fix it. Just a rude asking of if I wanted a refund or credit like it was my fault the pizza was incorrect. The delivery driver was very sweet and apologized for the delay. Whoever is in charge there, probably shouldn't be in charge anymore.
