  Absolutely unacceptable behavior by the teammates on duty, 4/12 approx 145 pm. There was a very vocal, obviously mentally handicapped, man in the car in front of me. When I pulled up to the window Haley could hardly contain herself enough to perform her job duties as a male employee in the background was very clearly mocking the man by mimicking his loud vocalizations. And I thought I heard the same exact behavior when I pulled up to order because Haley was previously unable to control her laughter requiring me to repeat my order 2x. Teach your employees to act like decent human beings and especially not to lie to my face as if I didn't know what I heard when I asked them.

  I love Arby's, but this one isnt good. I have never gotten a good chicken bacon and Swiss from this place. Its like they made it 6 hours before I cone thru. Fries are fresh and good, bit my sandwich is not good even a little. Ive had good ones anywhere else. Arby's costs too much to get old food. Update. I gpt the "roast beef" sandwich... I dont think what they served me was actually roasted beef. Back in the day Arby's was good. Now its expensive knock offs.

  Went through the drive through. They were out of chicken so I couldn’t get my usual sandwich…I paid 60$ for food for 4 people (2 being kids) they forgot to give me a whole bag of food then when I went to get my said bag of food there was no sauce for the strips, the fries were cold like they’ve sat there all day and my husbands sandwich was not made how I paid for it to be! Also to add to the foul food…the apple roll that I tried for the first time was not fully cooked. I would not reccomend their services or food at all…was the worst tasting Arby’s I’ve ever been to and the lady was not the nicest!

  I order from here fairly frequently and most of the time everything is fine, aside from occasional long waits in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing; I waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, the food was cold, and the buns on my sandwich were burnt.
