  An absolutely miserable establishment. Staff can’t string together a coherent sentence long enough to accomplish anything. The restaurant is visibly gross. If your order makes it to you within 20 minutes, (it doesn’t) it will certainly be wrong.

  I am a die hard taco bell fan...LOVE IT. Get it a minimum of once a week (Taco Tuesday's!). I try very hard to not have to order from this location; I usually work in Jackson on Tuesdays and try to get my food there if at all possible. Unfortunately I live in Piketon and when the craving hits I have no other close option. They never get the food right. If they happen to put everything in the bag I guarantee you at least one item is messed up. If you're lucky enough to not have any mess ups, your food's probably cold and greasy. God forbid you order chips or fries because they will be all over the bottom of the bag just thrown in carelessly. Tonight I got a chicken quesadilla and a burrito supreme. Get back home and they put the nasty Cantina chicken on it instead of the regular that I ordered - I hate that stuff because it's always dried out and disgusting. The burrito had so much red sauce on it it was literally dripping out of the package. My entire order got thrown in the garbage. Unfortunately, I will visit this location again because it is the only one within 30min of my home. Im sure there are many others who have to do the same. Just know when you go that there's a 50/50 chance you will leave with nothing edible.

  Was there ordered our food they didn’t give us right food and refused to give us what we ordered unless we paid again there food was nasty they won’t be getting my service there again I ll drive to Portsmouth to get food again even called them and manger said you we will refund ur money then you got pay for what order hell no I paid for stuff we didn’t order already and you me 2 nd time for food don’t think so get to known your menu and you would had gave us the right food and I even said a number 2 on. 3 different times when was ask
