  The customer service was exceptional! The woman at the drive through was awesome and so friendly - she made my morning with her sweet smile and disposition!

  I ordered a single,lettuce,onion,tomato and mustard. I got an everything burger with mayo cheese,I don’t eat. Waited 27 minutes for a single. No one said “ hey we are short staffed, can I get you a drink or so sorry on your wait. Tried to give this place benefit of doubt, but just proved it needs help! Second time and the last time. The guy in front of me had been there long before myself, hope he had a long lunch break.

  I just went through there this morning for breakfast with my two young boys and the service was outstanding! Nowadays going through a drive-thru you barely get a hello or a smile and the woman who helped me this morning just made my day. A genuine person making genuine conversation who obviously truly cared about her customers. I wish I would have caught her name to give her a shout out, she was an older African American woman work in the Drive-Thru window on 4/10/26 at 1000am. Such a kind soul❤️

  They ran out of strawberry lemonade and my order was just a simple plan order and it took over 20 minutes for them to make a small and medium lemonade.

  The last 3 times I've been there, my order has been wrong. When I order at the drive thru, I see exactly what I ordered on the screen. How can they mess that up? Everything from the wrong sandwich to diet Coke instead of regular Coke. So annoying! The price of this food is ridiculous anyway! Then you get what you didn't order. Very frustrating. I'll take my business elsewhere.
