  A nice black haired young lady with glasses took my order and the food was incredible!! Will definitely be coming back, especially with such nice employees providing great service!

  Decided to go here for lunch with my son. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. Honestly the food was pretty good. There was a sign that said wait to be seated but what it should have said was order first and then go sit down. The training and customer service is a huge opportunity. I’d love to say I would come back but I don’t think I will if I can get the same customer service, if not better elsewhere. It’s been about 10 years since I’ve been in a Pizza Hut, and to say I’m shocked at how much the atmosphere and customer service has gone down hill.

  I called today since last year and apparently according to some woman named "Bethany" said that they were understaffed just like they are now. I placed an order today directly through the company and my pizza was left outside on the ground with no knock at the door and no direct contact. I will never order again. By all means get rid of "Bethany" on refugee road in Pickerington before she get this hands. Total disgrace and horrible customer service. Pizza Hut is just as bad as Mac Donald's. People need and better learn customer service skills especially when money has been spent consistently. They need to close this location all together. TRASH. On top of that since I made this statement publicly they all of a sudden feel threatened but the nasty and poor attitude is tasteful and ok get real!!! I don't appreciate getting talked to like a child. Maybe work better on having a better attitude than rather being smart and sarcastic on the phone.

  Love this location. Quiet Street. Nostalgic table coverings and Parmesan, Crushed red pepper seed shakers on each table. Reminds me of O.U. Athens during the 1980s. Pizza is good & service was great! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
