This Wendy's is actually doing better it seems. Ice and drink machine have been fixed. Service was quick, food was hot and tasty. Only complaint was the sticky floors, I'm not sure they are teaching the kids who work there that they have to use some soap and fresh water for mopping to do any good.

Horrible, horrible, horrible !!! The entire staff and managers need to be fired!!! They are all incredibly rude and lack basic customer service. Totally inappropriate. Wearing pajamas, playing on their phones, cussing at each other. They need a clean slate with professional and kind staff. I spent $40 tonight for cold food, several items missing, and to be disrespected at the window when I was nothing but kind and polite. I also asked for my receipt and they said their printer was broken. Shame on this place!!!! As per the other reviews, this place needs some major discipline!!

We got here at 8pm after a game to eat inside and was watched by an employee that was outside the doors all the way to the door only for him to tell us they lock the doors at 6pm. That drive thru was the only option.

Associates and employees over here are rude n racist. Today I visit them first time with my kids. Order 2 combos from drive thru. When I go to window to pay them, she say go to other wendys we don't have food for you. I ask what is going on, she say nothing. Do you guys have policy to serve specific people only or she do that to me on purposes. Management team please address it otherwise I'll post it in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and tiktok.
