A doordasher was able to steal my order because Wendy’s crew failed to do their job and make sure that the order was confirmed before just handing it out !!! Then when I called I was hung up on and then they refused to remake the order they careless handed out !!

Grab food here all the time and always good service. Food orders are right about 90% so always double check.

This Wendy's is actually doing better it seems. Ice and drink machine have been fixed. Service was quick, food was hot and tasty. Only complaint was the sticky floors, I'm not sure they are teaching the kids who work there that they have to use some soap and fresh water for mopping to do any good.

Horrible, horrible, horrible !!! The entire staff and managers need to be fired!!! They are all incredibly rude and lack basic customer service. Totally inappropriate. Wearing pajamas, playing on their phones, cussing at each other. They need a clean slate with professional and kind staff. I spent $40 tonight for cold food, several items missing, and to be disrespected at the window when I was nothing but kind and polite. I also asked for my receipt and they said their printer was broken. Shame on this place!!!! As per the other reviews, this place needs some major discipline!!
