- CCChrisJun 13, 20251.0I eat Subway often at various locations around central Ohio, but this is the only franchise I ever visited that does not honor Subway coupons. When the worker mentioned that my coupon would not be accepted, they lost a sale and a local customer who will never visit this location again. Every other subway I visit for lunch typically has a steady line of customers; this location had none, which is very unusual since lunch time is typically a pretty busy period for most locations. Management would could improve their sales and score better reviews if they changed their unpopular policy.

I remember using coupons once before at this location and now it appears they are refusing them. I was disappointed that nothing could be done for me today and ended up having a $20 lunch instead. Terrible for those in a budget. I Don't recommend this store, go to the one on Gender and Refugee Rd instead. Thanks, Jesus
