- JCJoe CSep 19, 20253.010/27/25 - I don't usually complain, and will tip pretty well...but the new manager lady has messed up my order about 3 times now. Adding things that I don't ask for like oregano shake... or leaving veggies off that I asked for while I was grabbing a bag of chips... I tell her what I want... but she is not listening. This time she got my bread wrong... when I told her a Cold Cut Combo with Italian herbs and cheese, she put white on the table I told her again... she said mmm hum and she asked me if I wanted it toasted and what I wanted on it! I just got the white... she doesn't listen! Didn't change the bread...I was like, wow! She is either very distracted, or super dense. Jessica has never messed up my order... This lady is 3 for the last 6 or 50% accuracy with me. I like to eat here about twice a week... but, I think I will start going elsewhere.

With that being said there is a woman there that is as large as me she is short I got the club and for everything she pick up to put my sub she laid her belly on my sandwich gloves are clean not there t-shirt! The final straw was the roast beef she leans over to get it and put her hand and all of her to her elbow on my sandwich then belly on top! I couldn't eat it, I didn't want to embarrass her so she put it in the toaster oven and I walked out please fix this or teach how to move a sub
