    Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut online November 7th. My husband went to pick up our order, and after they opened the box and showed him the pizza, it was determined that it was completely a wrong order. They had some sort of corporate visitors that day, and ended up remaking the pizza, while my husband waited another 15 minutes. They offered a $5 off discount on our next order, and just said give your name when you order it. 2 weeks later, they will not honor what they said. Luckily, Pickerington has a lot of other pizza options for us in the future.

    HORRIBLE! I ordered food- took my money and went to pick it up and it was CLOSED. It’s 12pm! Nobody is answering and corporate sucks just as bad.

    Come here if you enjoy contaminated and unsanitary food with a side of poor management. After picking up my order in person, 30 minutes late but this is the norm apparently, I get home to discover it’s ice cold. This is my usual experience with Pizza Hut so I paid it no extra mind. That was until my son, who has Alopecia, pulled a long black curly hair out of his mouth that was intwined in his order of fries. The rest of the fries, 3 orders of wings, as well as 2 pizzas had to be disposed of. Clearly everything made in that kitchen was contaminated. When I contacted the store, I was told I could get $4 off of my next order or bring all of the food back so they can remake it. Any reasonable person knows that both of those “solutions” are unreasonable. I was then told if I didn’t like it I could contact HR, so I did. After being given the run around and told refunds or credits were on their way, 2 months later still nothing. A1 job to those at Pizza Hut who figured out how to really stick it to their customer base and provide the most unsatisfactory and unprofessional service I’ve encountered in a long while.
