All the mcdonalds in this franchise ownership group are top tier. Always good (for mc Donald's anyway) and fresh while being fast.

Ordered food, around midnight (late I know) but they close at 1 and they were not making my food and then the dasher said they were closed at 12:50. Just inconvenient and rude

I went thru the drive-thru, ordered to drinks. I gave the cashier cash and she refused to give my change back to me cause it was coins. I explained they did not have a sign stating exact change and she has to give me my change. She continued to refuse and argued with me, I asked for a manager. Another female came up stating she was a manager and was extremely rude and hatefully that they didn't have any change, she ended up giving me part of my change with force bending my hand backwards. She wasn't a manager then another lady came and her name tag stated Manager. She apologized for her staff. I asked for corporate/owners contact information and she said it is posted on a window, it is not. This behavior is uncalled for and unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. The employee at the drive-thru did not properly hand me my bag, causing my food to fall on the ground. Instead of apologizing or correcting the issue, she closed the window and made disrespectful comments about me to coworkers while I was still present.
I calmly asked to speak with a manager and requested that my food be remade or that I receive a refund, as I had children waiting at home to eat. The situation escalated further, and staff refused to provide management information. The lack of professionalism and supervision at this location was unacceptable.
