The app said it was “out for delivery” so we expected our pizza in the timeframe they had given us. After a couple minutes, a few more minutes were added to the 20 minute delivery time. That was fine as we understand that circumstances can cause a delay. We kept checking and by the time our pizza was delivered, it was almost an hour later than they had said originally. It went from 20 minutes to 55 minutes all while the app said “out for delivery.” Our pizza was not only almost an hour late, but then the delivery driver didn’t even knock to deliver the pizza and left it on the porch in front of our door. If we hadn’t checked the app, we wouldn’t have known it was delivered. The pizza was cold.
