It was first made in a cone when I asked for a cup and then they remade it half the size of the cone. When I asked about it they said it was weight based and that it is correct. Shocking now that this is a large. Will take my business elsewhere

While I appreciate the crew's ambition to get orders made quickly, by the time the line processes and I get my order my ice cream that I still need to drive home is melting. Blizzards are often not mixed. My last trip left me with a pool of bright green mint syrup at the top of my cup. Order a hot dog or cheeseburger and you get something that's been barely microwaved and tossed on a cold bun. Not good.
