While I appreciate the crew's ambition to get orders made quickly, by the time the line processes and I get my order my ice cream that I still need to drive home is melting. Blizzards are often not mixed. My last trip left me with a pool of bright green mint syrup at the top of my cup. Order a hot dog or cheeseburger and you get something that's been barely microwaved and tossed on a cold bun. Not good.

- SLSarah LacourseSep 14, 20251.0My family and I frequent this Dairy Queen quite often and up until the past few months it’s always been quick, hot, and delicious. However, I’m not sure if management has left, they’ve seen a lot of turnover, or what the issue is, but over the past few months it has gotten absolutely terrible. Slow service, cold food, and incorrect orders. Tonight I went through the drive thru to pick up dinner. 3 meals with burgers, 2 fries, and onion rings. I received 3 orders of fries, onion rings, and 2 burgers. No big deal, so I go inside (where the floors were so sticky my sandal literally stuck to the floor) let them know and then watched the worker take a clearly old burger and microwave it before bagging it and giving it to me. I asked her “Did you just microwave that?!” To which she said “Yes, we microwave all of our burgers.” Huh ok, good to know, Disgusting, but good to know. Get home and the 3 fries were cold and soggy and half filled, so really only 2 fries, one of the burgers was not supposed to have onion or pickle, it had both, and one of the burgers wasn’t even the right sandwich. This experience has become the norm at this location instead of the exception. My recommendation: Add the extra time to your drive and go to the one in Canal.
