  Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. I have gone now twice. They dont fill up anything here. They do half scopes and look confused if you ask for more. Even the chip and cheese was only filled half way, told my the manager to do that so I know thats just how they do. But the food itself if flavorless. The first time I got the stake, and then the chicken. They both just tasted like charcoal with no seasoning. If im going to recommend a place I'll say chipotle is much better, its about the same price and there food has flavor to it. Even my friend said he not coming back either. And we were both so excited for this place we love qdoba better😢

  I understand this location has only been open a couple of days, however, being able to read should be a condition of employment. Ordered a chicken queso bowl, received a burrito. The food was cold, the burrito had very little chicken. I actually counted the chicken there were 7 smaller diced pieces. It appeared to have a whole can of undrained black beans dumped on it. ZERO flavor. Co-worker received one item out of three in her order. Hers was cold as well. I don't look for this business to thrive in this area.

  I ordered ahead for online takeout on Monday. I ordered for myself and two others. My order was the same it is at the Bowling Green location or any location I've visited in the Detroit area. Bowl, extra white rice, double Cholula chicken, regular queso, cheese, cotija, tortilla strips, and salsa roja. The other two orders were another bowl, brown rice, black beans, ground beef, picked onion, fajita veg, cheese. And the final was literally an extra steak and cheese quesadilla. My bowl had what I would call about 3/4 of a regular portion of rice, queso Diablo (it was bright orange instead of the off white) which I do not like the flavor of, no salsa roja or cotija cheese, and about ten tortilla strips. Cholula chicken was solid and portioned like it usually is. The second bowl had 4 slices of pickled onion, and what I can only describe as at least a double scoop of beans, about the same amount of rice as the first bowl. Not great either. And finally, the quesadilla was hard enough my father couldn't actually eat the tortilla and just ate the innards. I'm not sure what the issue at this location is, whether it's newbies not knowing things or there's been some kind of ultra aggressive crackdown on serving and portions, but that was just a terrible showing. I didn't eat most of my bowl because of the queso Diablo. Definitely will not be going back to this location for a while. Maybe in 6 months they'll have things figured out better.

  First time here wasn't expecting this place to open for several weeks later than what they did. Stopped by picked up dinner still see the employees are being trained not knowing what to do. My side of Pico wasn't put in the bag didn't really care for my food it didn't taste like Qdoba I'm used to in central Ohio area very bland no seasoning on the meat. And honestly just wasn't nothing special hopefully things turn out better for this location as the other location that opened in the area before this one is much worse!🤞

  Great experience today! I was greeted right when I walked in, which was a nice touch. The manager on duty was also very accommodating and sincere. Art was the highlight though. I told him I like it spicy and he said he knew exactly what to do. He walked me through my whole order and nailed it. Food was great and the service was even better. I’ll definitely be back.
