She literally says... without a reservation you have to wait 45 minutes. There was no one in line, servers standing around... and she said we have to wait. I would say next time I should make a reservation... but there won't be a next time. Learn customer service. I assume this is why their service rating is low. 10 empty tables... no one else in line... good food, but I won't be back again

I was unpacking the food at home when I received a phone call from Tea Tree, informing me of the missing sushi. I was prepared to go pick it up (accidents happen), but since I lived pretty close, they delivered it to my home for me. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Very impressed and highly satisfied.

I have also been here plenty of times with friends, and I frequently recommend it to others who end up becoming regulars themselves. The food, service, and overall experience are always reliable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Our waitress tried her best but was severely overwhelmed, asking for relief and being denied it in front of customers while she was bartending, hosting and waitressing all at once. With prices being so high and portion sizes so small, they can certainly afford to adequately staff this restaurant and relieve their waiters a little. Super disappointed by this trip, please do better for your workers.
