I placed a mobile order during open hours around 6:45pm and when we get to the drive thru window, they tell us "sorry we're not taking anymore orders". We were not given any reason and simply told I'd get a refund from the app. On top of this, the past 2 times I've ordered from this location the food I get is sub-par at best. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and I legit only got a thin layer of meat and cheese. Ordered the same thing about a month later and again it was terrible, only that time it at least had a pinch of lettuce on it. This place needs a turnaround.
