I usually had good experiences and good food but this morning I got an Asiago bagel and I get to work and it’s burnt, hard as a rock, and nearly hollow on the inside. The last time I got a bagel it was also burnt and like it didn’t have any actual Asiago on it but at least wasn’t hollow. They also changed the cream cheese packaging that you can visibly tell is probably half what they used to give. This is just frustrating and disappointing when the quality has gone down but prices haven’t. The lady at the drive thru window was extremely pleasant early in the morning though so I will give them that.

I called to tell them and the general manager was super friendly and actually seemed to have cared about my order being wrong . I know that is expected but not all managers respond kindly or even care.

He was attentive not only to me but to the entire store. His professionalism and care truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back—and I hope Jeff is there when I return. Perrysburg truly has the best Panera thanks to people like him!
