    Zero stars the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They all need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A and learn customer service.

    30 minute wait for burgers that were cold and made wrong and i had to still go ask for my food. They dont even tell you your food/coffee is in the window. Its the worst McDonald's ive ever been at. Burger made wrong and the manager on duty today 1/3 @ 4 pm said she'd bring it out when it was remade, 10 minutes later we go back up there and its sitting there while shes on her phone, and its handed to us COLD again. Go 10 min further if you want at least FAST FOOD! Like we already place our own orders and cash ourselves out why over 30 minutes for an order. There were 3 families waiting over 30 minutes. Its unacceptable. Order number 604.

    One hamburger ketchup mustard extra onion what did I get a hamburger ketchup mustard light onion in pickle simple order can't even follow the simplest instructions. And I can't do a proper report because of no receipt

    Interior was so bland and ugly. Didn't realize it was a thing to pull self serve drink stations, ketchup, napkins, etc. On top if it they didnt give us half our food and had to wait even longer to get it. Dont plan on getting Mcds anytime soon again especially with their insane prices.
