Waited over 20 minutes in the restaurant for my order that I placed online. That’s definitely poor customer service. What happened to freaky fast service.

We were passing through and stopped here because my wife is on keto. We asked for the picklewich. The lady said you have to be a rewards member. Which we are. Then it was oh you cant order it in the store, You can only do it from the app. So we go to the app and its not even available. Im glad we do not live here. Id never come back again with her being that rude.
