We asked for no ice in an energy drink because it was for work later. Not sure if it was a language barrier but the worker/supervisor said "Must have ice." Even after telling him it's ok not to fill it to the rim with the actual drink he still said it had to have ice. We were like ok whatever. The only other issue we didn't notice till later was an incorrect charge for added espresso. It was charged twice.

Been to this location more than once and get donuts thrown in a bag and frosting stuck on everything but the donuts
