  Maumee location on top... I gave this place a shot and it STOOD NO CHANCE, from service to feeling welcomed, I give it about 2 stars , though they are pretty quick. The mobile order is bugged to hell here though, not sure why, so if you're gonna order go through the drive thru or counter, dunkin needs to write me a check for 3.50😂 . All in all its okay if you're in a pinch.

  Very disappointed. Our food was complete in a short time but it was cold. One of our sandwiches was the sourdough egg bacon and cheese not only did I lack flavor it was wheat not sourdough. The loaded hashbrowns were good but cold.

  I might be biased because I stop here almost every day on the way to work, but our Perrysburg Dunkin is the best Dunkin around. Staff are always efficient and friendly. Orders are always accurate and food/drinks always prepared fresh and well. They'll have my business indefinitely.

  Extremely disappointed in the customer service! The girl working was rude, short, no personality, and extremely not helpful. Went in to get donuts for my staff, ordered 5 dz. donuts - told I should have ordered ahead…I was there when they opened. You are a donut shop. And I couldn’t find anything anywhere that said to call ahead for orders of 5 dz or more, asked if it was posted somewhere, she just looked at me. Ask for a bag to carry said donuts, was handed 2 bags that weren’t even big enough for a box to fit into. Seriously awful customer service! Next time I will take my business to a local donut shop as opposed to a franchised chain.
