I have never experienced anything like this before, the rice looked and tasted like it had not been cooked at all. I am very disappointed because I normally love chipotle. The undercooked rice ruined my entire bowl. I also noticed while looking through reviews that quite a few people have experienced the same issue. I will not be back.
