Portions are noticeably smaller than at other locations, and when we politely asked for a bit more of an item, the staff responded with eye rolls and attitude. Other Bibibop locations allow half portions of two proteins, yet when we asked about it here, the two women working became argumentative instead of offering any explanation or help. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. We expect the same quality and professionalism we receive at every other Bibibop, and this location fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses these issues because experiences like this make it hard to want to return.
