  Arby’s has the best people working there specially Lisa any time I go she’s so polite & they make the food so fast! always saying thank you & you’re welcome these other fast food places in the area are not like this !

  At 5:57PM on 2/10/26. We had a group order totaling $150 worth of food that we were going to purchase and whoever was working at the drive-through. The female employee was extremely rude and condescending when she just said can I help you on the speaker and I told her could I have a couple minutes and she said yeah whatever we just decided to takeoff very big disappointment. I had high hopes for this Arby’s location, but unfortunately customer service is lacking and I don’t think I’ll return. As for the girl that is working the drive-through, please get another job because obviously you hate working at Arby’s and it shows.

  Arby’s allowed Uber to deliver food that sat over an hour did not offer to remake it. If anyone has any common sense, they know Food should not sit out at room temperature for over an hour and then brag to the driver about how it was sitting out that long you guys deserve the health inspector to come and do a very thorough inspection. Your company should be ashamed of itself.

  Went thru pickup window. The lady was super friendly and efficient with my order. All the food was fresh and hot even with the drive back to the house. Was probably the best fast food experience I've had in a long time! Whatever crew was working nicely done and keep up the excellent service!

  I had the steak bites, they were ok much better with BBQ then without. But I am not a BBQ person so I was hoping they wouldn't need it. Potatoe cakes of course are AMAZING!
