The blond manager that was there at the time was extremely rude to myself and our son when ordering, and when we checked out, the staff was more worried about socializing amongst themselves more then cashing us out. There was no sense of urgency, our food was warm with some pieces of the meat being cold to the touch, and just overall very dissatisfied with the service. I am not sure who that manager was, but to act the way she did towards our kid was extremely uncalled for. We will NOT be back! I question a few of these reviews because it seems like every person has had a great experience, and from what I witnessed this cannot be further from the truth.
