You can taste the difference in every bite; from the freshly baked breads to the farm-fresh eggs and locally sourced meats. They even fry in beef tallow, which says so much about their commitment to quality and using real, natural ingredients. The veggies and microgreens were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even better. The dining room is small and cozy, tucked inside a charming old brick building that adds so much character. It feels welcoming and intentional, the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. Joe nailed the cook on everything. Burger was a perfect medium all the way through. Soup, salads, fresh bread, just wonderful. And Jason gave us incredible service. We’ll be back, a lot. Highly recommended if you appreciate thoughtfully prepared food made with integrity. Do not miss this one. Let’s encourage real food again, not the same old Sysco slop most places are slinging.
