EVERYTIME we went there (no matter the time of day) people were so friendly, Food was always fresh, fries were hot,salty and delicious (guaranteed hot fresh fries campaign I believe) burgers weren't soggy or cold, when you went to THIS Wendy's, you KNEW you were going to get a GREAT meal, no matter the wait time, (I put all this on management!!) NOW, complete 180, EVERYTIME, (no matter the time) wait times are awful, fries are soggy, along with the burgers, wilted lettuce, sour pickles, mushy tomatoes, they forget condiments, food items napkins, employees are there to get a paycheck and THATS IT!!! No one there seems to care about the customer (or their store reputation) anymore. I predict this location will close soon. I'm sorry, but, (I put all this on management!!) I've been in customer service & food service for 49 years, THIS location, needs restructuring
